Rehabilitation is the main treatment, with therapy services central to care. Medications such as bromocriptine and fluoxetine have been tried, but evidence is limited and no drug is clearly recommended.<br /><br />The talk also reviewed outcome measures, including general pediatric cancer tools, ataxia and balance scales, and newer PPC-MS-specific scales. A major need is better standardized definitions and more prospective research to guide diagnosis, rehabilitation, and prognosis.
