Let's discuss the equipment needed to perform ultrasound-guided botulinum toxin injections.  At minimum, you will need gloves, gauze, and skin prep, a sterile cover for the ultrasound  probe and gel, an ultrasound machine, botulinum toxin, and a handheld device for electromyography  and electrical simulation guidance with tab electrodes and a hypodermic needle electrode.
