COURSE OVERVIEW
This case-based course reviews the evaluation and management of refractory hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke. Learners apply the ViVe framework to differentiate pain and spasticity, use diagnostic nerve blocks to identify pain generators, and explore the role of cryoneurolysis for patients who have not responded to traditional treatments.
