This interactive, comprehensive activity will guide the learner through all the phases required to complete a Practice Improvement Project. This includes a self-assessment evaluation with remediation, a practice assessment including a random survey of patient charts, review of evidenced based literature, selection of a performance goal and the construction of an improvement plan for their practice. After a recommended 30-day implementation period of the improvement plan, learners will be asked to input their data and a narrative of their experience.
