Description
This will be pre-recorded session posted during Member May, which can be posted at the time chosen.  Based on past surveys, there are questions about contract negotiations and renewals and alternate job opportunities (such as locum tenens).  I plan to gather a few early(ish) career physicians to talk about these and answer presubmitted questions from the member community.
