Description
Our panel of PHiT Council Board members will be discussing leadership with a focus on their past, present, and future leadership endeavors to provide audience members with examples of leadership opportunities that may interest them. Looking back, the panelists will recount their past experiences that helped develop their leadership skills and made their PHiT application stand out. In the present, the panelists will expand upon their current roles on the PHiT Council Board and share about other leadership activities that they engage with outside of PHiT. Looking forward, the panelists will share how their leadership experiences in and outside of PHiT are helping them to pursue and achieve their future goals.  Lastly, panelists will share their “leadership statement” to model how to connect past leadership experiences and current interests to create a compelling self-narrative.
