Description

The Cancer Rehab Tumor Board is a bimonthly meeting (every other month on a Thursday evening) designed to engage physiatrists who evaluate and treat oncological patients in various academic and private practice settings. We review and discuss cases to generate a comprehensive treatment plan for complicated cases. We encourage open forum discussion and welcome participation from fellows, residents, and medical students who may also have strong interest in practicing cancer rehabilitation. 

Learning Objectives

1. Apply evidence based cancer rehab strategies to improve function and quality of life in complex oncology cases through open forum discussion with physiatrists practicing at various institutions.
2. Evaluate and optimize rehabilitation plans for complicated oncological cases in a tumor board setting.
