Description

When polling members of the early-career physiatry community, one of the top concerns of our members was burnout, a growing concern in the field of medicine. The co-chairs of the early career physiatrist community would like to host a session with Vanderbilt PM&R's wellness champion and head of the wellness committee (Dr. CJ Plummer) to discuss burnout. Our goal would be to host a 15-20 minute session with questions and discussion with Dr. Plummer followed by open Q&A with community members.
