Interesting Cases in Pediatric Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Part 2
Description

Description

This lecture will be the third talk of a 3-lecture series on pediatric musculoskeletal ultrasound. (The first two sessions are accessible through AAPM&R's Online Learning Portal)

There is limited knowledge sharing on pediatric musculoskeletal ultrasound and so the goal of this talk is to help improve this and thereby improve the attendees' breadth of knowledge on this topic.

During this third session, a handful of additional experts in pediatric musculoskeletal ultrasound across the country, with different training backgrounds, will share their collection of interesting cases they have personally come across, with plenty of images to enrich their case presentations.

Learning Objectives

After completing this live activity, the participant should be able to:

  • Gain exposure to concrete examples on the usefulness of pediatric MSK Ultrasound
  • Gain exposure to concrete examples that demonstrate pitfalls when using pediatric MSK Ultrasound
  • Increase their awareness of different kinds of pediatric MSK cases, especially those with uncommon presentations or findings
  • Ask any questions to experienced pediatric MSK sonographers during the concluding panel discussion
