Description
Join us for an engaging session featuring PHiT Council Board members, including current residents, fellows, and attendings, who will share insights and strategies for a successful PM&R match. Topics will include: advanced versus categorical programs, advice for intern year, away rotations, letters of recommendation, interview preparation, signaling, and building a rank list that aligns with your goals. The session will include a dynamic panel discussion and time for Q&A.
Learning Objectives
After completing this live activity, the participant should be able to:
- Explain strategies for exploring residency programs, interviewing, and creating a rank list based on your individual needs.
- Discuss strategies for performing well on away rotations.
- Provide advice for first- and second-year students to set themselves up for success as MS3s and MS4s.
